Childcare / Early Years

We have a range of levels from Entry to Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Please Apply and we will talk you through the best Pathway for you, based on your skills and experience.

Adult learners. We have online and in class courses. You can also choose between Beeston, Deacon, Enfield or Eastgate to attend in class.

You can discuss at assessment with the teacher. Quailifications available are:

• Level 3 Childcare - Diploma for the Early Years Workforce
• Level 2 Cerificate - Working with Individuals with Learning Disabilities
• Level 2 Childcare Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
• Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and Young peoples Mental Health
• Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour that Challenges
• Level 2 Certificate in Autism
• Level 1 Award in Preparing to work in schools
• E3 Certificate in Caring for Children
• First Steps to Working in Childcare

• How to plan and support children in an early years setting
• Support the wellbeing of children and babies

Learners will complete a portfolio of evidence. There will also be continuous assessment which includes written tasks and activities, case studies and project work.

• Aged 19+
• Level 2 qialifications will be required for Level 3
