This qualification is an identified set of standards that health and social care workers adhere to in their daily working life. It is a key component for all new adult social care workers and healthcare support workers, ensuring knowledge and competences across the fundamental standards. The 15 standards will be delivered across five days and will include basic life support and safer people handling. Observations of competence will be completed by our team of qualified assessors.
