Butcher Apprenticeship Level 2
This programme will allow students to work in butchery which is a highly skilled profession. Butchers display understanding about a range of meat species and the various techniques needed to process and produce products.

How do I know that the employer environment is safe?
Leeds City College has a responsibility for the safeguarding for all of its learners. We conduct safety checks on all of our employers to ensure the environment our apprentices are working in is compliant with health and safety laws and has minimised any potential risks related to their job role.
What do I do if I think my child is being bullied in the workplace?
You can contact Leeds City College for advice and guidance on any workplace incidents that occur while your child is on programme. We can then refer you to relevant organisations that will be able to help you deal with employment-based issues.
