Business Customer Service Level 1
The Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service allows you to evidence the basic
knowledge, competence and skills that employers would expect of someone
operating in a role that involves dealing directly with customers. It is
appropriate for you if you want to gain the basic knowledge and skills needed
for a career in customer service. It is also recommended that you study for at least a level 1
qualification in IT.
