This qualification aims to develop your business support knowledge and will recognise your understanding of administrative functions and activities. It will accredit your ability to carry out administrative tasks autonomously and involves modern, practical study based on real-world contexts.

Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available for other adults but charges may apply.

Course Information

This course is fully online and is suitable for anyone aged 19+ who has completed a Level 1 business administration qualification or has some administrative and office experience. You will be assessed via a portfolio of work. There are no formal entry requirements for this course but you will need basic English and digital skills and some administrative knowledge.

Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.
