This course provides a comprehensive understanding of different mental health conditions including stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, postnatal depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder and more. You will explore a wide range of conditions, understanding how to recognise their signs and effects on day-to-day life.

Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available for other adults but charges may apply.

Course Information

This course is suitable for anyone aged 19+ who has an interest in mental health and would like to develop their understanding of specific mental health conditions. There are no formal entry requirements, however, you will need basic IT skills.

Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.
