(ACL) Working with AI Foundation Skills

Develop your digital skills with a foundational course in Artificial
Intelligence (AI). Over 12 guided learning hours, you’ll explore prompt design,
AI literacy, and ethical considerations. Whether you’re an adult ESOL student at
Entry 2 level or above, this course is designed to introduce you to the AI
world.

By the end, you’ll understand the basic AI concept and be able to write a
variety of prompts applicable to real life scenarios.

This course is designed for adult students at ESOL Entry 2 level and above who are interested in the digital landscape, specifically in Artificial Intelligence. It can act as a foundation for those looking to explore AI further, either for personal development or future employment.

Continuous assessment through interactive tasks and a final project on AI prompt writing. All assessments align with the RARPA framework.

Adult students must be at Entry 2 ESOL level and above. Proof of ESOL qualification will be required upon enrolment.
