Are you interested in working in the Beauty Industry? This course will
provide you with the basic skills and knowledge needed to start a career in the
Beauty industry. In this course you will learn beauty therapy treatments and
skills that will include applying facials, manicures, nail art brows and lashes.
All lessons will take place in our onsite working salon. After completing this course you will be fully informed about the types of
skills and techniques beauty therapy businesses expect staff to have. Progression from this course may include a higher level accredited
qualification.
Course Information
What does a beauty therapist do? Well; after completing this course you will
have learned about beauty treatments including applying facials, manicures, nail
art brows and lashes that are part of a beauty therapists’ job on a weekly
basis.
This course aims to give you a practical insight into the skills, beauty
treatments, techniques and activities that could be part of your job working in
the beauty industry.

Who is this course for?
This course is an introduction to beauty therapy. You will learn the skills required to enter the Beauty Industry in a role that carries out treatments within a commercial salon environment.
At the end of this introduction course you will have basic knowledge and a clear understanding of the work of a beauty therapist providing treatments including applying facials, manicures, nail art brows and lashes that are part of a beauty therapists’ job on a weekly basis.
You will NOT be required to purchase a beauty kit to take part in this course as this will be provided to you in each lesson.
