This course provides foundation knowledge with experience of laboratory practical work in biology and chemistry. You will also learn the academic skills needed to succeed at university. This course is designed to provide progression on to the Access to HE Science programme. With this course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of biological systems and chemical reactions. You’ll study a range of biology and chemical topics such as the cellular factory and enthalpy rates and redox. You’ll also strengthen your academic skills ready for progression.
